How we get your order to you, what it costs, and how long it takes.

Where we ship

Aurhaus ships to all serviceable pincodes across India. We do not currently ship outside India.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹4,999. For orders below that value, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout once you enter your delivery pincode, so you always see the final amount before paying.

Delivery timelines

Chennai & suburbs

2 to 4 working days, with assembly support included.

Rest of Tamil Nadu

3 to 6 working days for most pincodes.

Rest of India

5 to 10 working days. Large furniture ships by surface transport and may take longer.

Order tracking

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it is dispatched. You can also see the status of every order any time under My Account.

Delivery and installation

Large items are delivered to your doorstep. Within Chennai our team can assemble the piece for you at no additional charge — mention it when you order or call us afterwards. Elsewhere, all pieces arrive with hardware and instructions included.

If something goes wrong

Please inspect your order on delivery. If anything is damaged or missing, email photographs to ataurhaus@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our cost. For returns and refunds, see our Refund and Returns Policy.
