Orders within Chennai are usually delivered in 2 to 4 working days. Elsewhere in India, expect 5 to 10 working days depending on the pincode and the size of the item. Larger furniture may take slightly longer as it ships by surface transport.

Yes. Shipping is free on all orders above ₹4,999. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode.

We currently ship anywhere in India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

In and around Chennai we offer assembly support at no extra cost. Elsewhere, pieces arrive with clear instructions and all required hardware, and most can be assembled with a screwdriver in under 30 minutes. If you get stuck, call us and we will walk you through it.

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us and we will arrange pickup. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching us. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.

Send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery at ataurhaus@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. Damage in transit is our responsibility, not yours.

You can pay securely by credit card, debit card and UPI at checkout. All payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.

Yes. All furniture carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, covering joinery, hardware and finish under normal household use. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear.
